In-person or Virtually

I offer in-person appointments in London and West Essex. I am based in the Epping Forest area.

If you are comfortable with virtual consultations, I offer them with or without video on the phone, WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom and Google Meet.

How I work

the Consultation:

The initial consultation lasts 1 hour.

The first 15 minutes are about reviewing the case history, which includes your diet and any medication or supplements you might currently be taking.

The rest of the appointment is to agree your plan, based on your goals and reality (e.g. lifestyle, schedule).

Any follow-up consultations last 45 minutes, where we discuss and assess your progress. Based on your feedback (e.g. how well you feel), the plan may be fine-tuned accordingly.

prior to the consultation:

Prior to the appointment, I discuss your goals with you and assess whether I am in a position of helping you. I do not like to waste clients' time.

In preparation for the appointment, I will ask you for any medication or supplement you may be currently taking. At times, clients have had blood tests done recently. It can be useful to take a look at those.

I will also send you a 3-day food diary template, which you will have to fill in and send back to me prior to the appointment. In addition, I also ask you to fill in a detailed medical history questionnaire.

Please do not feel overwhelmed. It's all pretty straight forward.
