Practical wellbeing programmes that bring healthy living within reach

I partner with community organisations to bring nutritional education and wellness programmes to the people who can benefit most — making healthy living feel accessible, affordable and genuinely doable.

Programmes in action

6-week wellbeing course

Run at the Bridge Community Centre, this course walks participants through practical, sustainable changes to how they eat, cook and think about food — building confidence step by step.

Workshops for at-risk youth

Delivered in California, these sessions use food and wellbeing as a way to build resilience, self-worth and healthier habits among young people facing real challenges.

Hands-on cooking classes

Practical, sleeves-rolled-up sessions where people learn by doing — building skills and confidence in the kitchen they can take straight home.

Affordable meal planning

Helping participants plan meals that are nutritious and realistic on a budget — empowering people to make informed choices that fit their everyday lives.

The aim is always the same: to empower people with the knowledge and practical skills to make informed dietary choices, and to genuinely improve their health and wellbeing — at a pace and in a way that works for their community.
