Bespoke wellbeing programmes that help students and staff thrive

I deliver participatory health and wellbeing programmes in schools and other educational settings — built around the people in the room, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Get in touch to talk through what your school or institution needs.

Healthy school improvement — best practice

Programmes & training

Staff wellbeing training

Supporting the people who support the students — practical, grounded sessions that help staff look after their own energy and wellbeing too.

PSHE lesson plan support

Helping teachers create and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons. For example, a Primary PSHE outcome is for pupils to understand what makes a healthy diet (including calories and nutrition), how to plan and prepare healthy meals, the traits of a poor diet, and the risks linked to unhealthy eating and related behaviours.

Workshops & training

A 6-week interactive health and wellbeing workshop — ideal for Year 6 or at-risk students — using guided self-learning to help participants understand themselves better and build the confidence to change habits, thoughts and behaviours. Topics include:

  • Understanding physical balance and homeostasis
  • Our relationship with food, food habits and setting goals
  • How our bodies work — digestion, macro/micronutrients, food colours and combinations
  • Understanding food labels — what's really in our food
  • The connection between food and mood
  • Lifestyle balance, time and seasonality
  • Building resilience, managing stress, the value of sleep and mindfulness
  • How healthy food supports mental health
  • The link between diet and the immune system
  • Shopping, cooking and meal planning

Family support

Helping families build a home environment where everyone can thrive — physically, mentally and socially — one-to-one or in group workshops with parents. Topics include creating quality time, mealtime routines, rest and sleep, problem-solving, habit-building, meal planning and budgeting, and the simple importance of cooking together.

Cooking demonstrations

From quick, healthy snacks to budget-friendly meals to more complex, nutrient-rich dishes — practical, hands-on sessions that make healthy cooking feel achievable.
